Job summary

Premier Glazer’s Beer & Beverage is seeking a Sales Associate to maximize sales and distribution on an assigned route. You will assist in marketing, merchandising and delivery to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets, while building strong relationships with customers to ensure product quality at retail outlets.

You will operate within established programs, manage shelf presentation, and monitor inventory and POS placement to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before customers or employees.
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret graphs.
• Knowledge of laws regulating the sale of alcoholic beverages in the state of Texas (TABC).
• Valid state motor vehicle license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize retail efforts through the execution and implementation of established sales and marketing program.
• Builds strong relationships with customers and delivery personnel
• Addresses customer needs in a timely manner
• Maximize retail execution within assigned accounts through retail account standards
• Increase consumer awareness of brands through shelf management and presentations
• Ensure product quality, fresh and undamaged
• Use ordering systems to maintain inventory and prevent out of stock
• Solicits primary placement of permanent point of sale; monitor signage
• Complete administrative duties in a timely fashion
• Follow company policies and guidelines
