Job summary

Glazer’s Beer and Beverage is seeking a Sales Associate to maximize sales and distribution on the assigned route. You will assist with marketing, merchandising and deliveries to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual goals.

You will build strong customer relationships, manage product quality, and ensure compliance with applicable alcohol regulations, while maintaining on‑site presence as required by company policy.

Qualifications

• Six months to two years of beverage industry sales experience (or training).
• Must have valid state driver’s license and be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to learn and apply alcohol sales regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and distribution of all products on assigned route.
• Assist with marketing, merchandising and delivery efforts as needed to meet performance objectives.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure product quality at retail outlets.
• Execute retail account standards and improve shelf presence and signage.
