Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. A driver on an established route delivers and picks up uniforms, towels and other facility services products in a fast-paced, physical role.

The position features a 4-day workweek, no nights or weekends for most routes, comprehensive training, base salary plus commissions, and opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements for a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have an active driver's license.
• Must obtain a DOT medical certification prior to start.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
