Job summary

Second Nature Brands LLC is seeking a Route Sales professional to service an established customer base and drive sales on a defined Michigan route. The role offers 100% commission with guaranteed training pay and requires regular hours, overtime, and weekend availability.

The route includes Novi, Wixom, Livonia and surrounding areas from Kar’s Nuts Distributors in Madison Heights, MI. You will build relationships, ensure product availability, and maximize sales while maintaining product displays

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and address needs.
• Experience in sales and meeting targets is preferred.
• Experience with route-based selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain a predefined route, visiting customers regularly.
• Sell company products to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Ensure products are stocked and displayed for visibility.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate stock to minimize waste.
• Collect payments and keep accurate transaction records.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle per protocols.
• Provide market feedback to management.
