This full-time role offers a 100% commission-based pay structure with guaranteed training pay and a $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 annual salary range. You will maximize sales, ensure product availability, maintain proper merchandising, and build strong customer relationships while meeting targets.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of sales experience.
• Valid Chauffer driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Service and maintain a predefined route with regular customer visits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Sell company products to meet or exceed targets.
• Ensure products are well-stocked and merchandised for visibility.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate stock to minimize waste.
• Collect payments from customers and keep accurate records.
• Address inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and follow safety protocols.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
• Participate in training and professional development.
