Job summary

Wil Fischer Distributing Companies is seeking an Account Service Representative for a full-time sales route in Lenexa, KS. The role covers distributing draft and package products, merchandising, and maintaining retailer relationships to drive sales.

The position reports to the Department Team Leader, works 5 days a week with no nights, and offers mileage reimbursement, health/dental/vision insurance, holidays, vacation, and 401K matching.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Computer knowledge.
• 21+ years of age.
• Safe driving record.
• Vehicle Insurance.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Able to work with little supervision.
• Ability to repetitively pull, push, bend, squat, twist, crawl, climb, walk, and reach above head height.

Responsibilities

• Sell and distribute draft and package products on assigned route.
• Implement company programs and promotions with retailers.
• Monitor inventory and restock coolers and in-store space.
• Maintain POS materials and knowledge of brands/pricing.
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive sales.
• Move and lift 25–35 lbs during rotation.
