Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners in Garden City, Kansas, seeks a Route Service Representative. You will travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans, stock shelves, and maintain displays while driving a SRP fleet vehicle.

The role demands strong customer service and reliable driving ability. Daily pay comes with overtime opportunities and a benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement options.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Tech savvy (Outlook, Zoom, smartphone apps).
Previous experience in customer service, sales or retail.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
Must be 21 years or older.
Willing to travel and stay in hotels as needed.

Responsibilities

Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
Set up, replenish, and merchandise our products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle.
Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
Set up promotional displays and ensure materials are accurately placed.
Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked with company storage for inventory.
