Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser to manage daily routes, secure orders, and merchandise products across assigned Matthews, NC area accounts. You will implement promotions, balance inventory, and uphold quality standards while interacting with store personnel and customers.

The role emphasizes physical work, safety, and teamwork, with mileage reimbursement and a strong focus on delivering profitable results for the company and its customers.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Critical thinking skills are required.
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.
• High initiative and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives and promotions to ensure excellent RED scores.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and the shelf.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product and handling returns.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelves; rotates product.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and pricing.
