Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proof of insurance with required liability limits.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes daily routes and generates sales orders to support revenue, volume, and gross profit.
• Executes promotions and new products based on LOS initiatives and marketing plans to ensure strong RED scores.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Organizes back room and stacks product by package/Flavor; handles returns/damaged items accordingly.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and ensures proper shelf presentation.
• Builds and maintains relationships with store personnel through follow-up, pricing, and program opportunities.
• Identifies competitive issues or market activities and communicates them while performing duties safely.
