Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking, writing).
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs).

• High school education or GED required; further education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell, order, and execute in an assigned group of customers on daily routes to support revenue and gross profit.
• Implement promotions and new products per LOS and marketing plans.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on display and shelves according to procedures.
• Organize the back room, stack and arrange product, and handle pallets and damaged/outdated stock.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials and rotate merchandisers; ensure proper operation.
• Build ongoing relationships with store personnel through follow-up, pricing, and program participation.
• Identify competitive issues and communicate market activity; perform duties safely.
