Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Route Sales Manager to lead a team of Merchandisers/ORMs across a designated territory. You will drive profitable sales, optimize merchandising standards, and oversee order replenishment activities while building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include selling plans, promotions, and pricing strategies; coordinating with field sales and customers; and developing the merchandising team for future growth within the Coca-Cola system.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a high school diploma.
• 3+ years’ experience in consumer products/direct store delivery sales.
• Experience managing people and budgets.
• 2+ years supervising sales staff.
• Packaged goods experience preferred; beverage experience asset.
• Strong presence and persuasive presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask handling multiple customer accounts.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record within policy guidelines.
• Must have a personal vehicle for work; insurance required.
• Bilingual ability preferred (Spanish).

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Merchandisers/ORMs to maintain merchandising standards and order replenishment in an assigned territory.
• Maximize profitable sales opportunities by building relationships with store management.
• Sell customer plans including CMA's, pricing and promotional plans.
• Evaluate outlet opportunities and overcome customer objections.
• Lead customers in achieving sales potential with creative merchandising ideas.
• Execute promotions and introduce new brands/packages.
• Coordinate with Field Sales to align merchandising and replenishment.
• Track activity and analyze promotional outcomes; adjust as needed.
