Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks a Route Sales Manager for the Victoria Territory. You will lead a team of 4–6 Merchandisers to maintain merchandising standards, execute order replenishment, and drive profitable sales across designated accounts.

You will develop customer plans, manage promotions, analyze performance, and build strong relationships with store managers. A valid license, vehicle, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in consumer products and direct store delivery sales.
• 2+ years supervising sales staff.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; high school diploma required.
• Valid driver's license and access to personal vehicle for work.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Merchandisers/ORMs to maintain merchandising standards and order replenishment.
• Maximize profitable sales by building relationships with store management and understanding customer needs.
• Sell-in and implement promotions and new brand launches.
• Evaluate outlets, overcome objections, and optimize sales potential.
• Coordinate with field sales to align merchandising and replenishment activities.
• Manage budgets and track performance against goals.
