Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to manage large store accounts in a hybrid role, serving as both Account Manager and Merchandiser. You will build customer relationships, increase product orders, stock shelves and ensure correct rotation standards are followed.

Key duties include educating customers on our beverage portfolio, placing promotional displays, maintaining inventory and communicating with partner teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Excellent planning and organization skills.
• Proficient computer application skills.
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 40 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach.

Responsibilities

• Educate and excite customers about our leading portfolio of beverages.
• Sell incremental displays, equipment placements and promotional programs where applicable.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels, company assets, promotional ad signage (point of sale) and displays.
• Ensure each account meets defined merchandising standards, determine stores’ product needs and transmit appropriate replenishment orders.
• Communicate and collaborate account activities to appropriate business partners.
• Regular lifting of up to 40 pounds, bending, reaching, kneeling and merchandising.
