Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a high school diploma required.
• 3+ years' experience in consumer products/direct store delivery sales required.
• Requires experience managing people/budgets.
• 2+ years supervising sales staff.
• Packaged goods experience preferred; some beverage experience an asset.
• Strong presence and persuasive presentation skills.
• Intermediate computer and database application skills.
• Ability to multitask handling multiple customer accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
• Bilingual ability preferred (Spanish).

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Merchandisers/ORMs to maintain merchandising standards and order replenishment.
• Maximize profitable sales opportunities by understanding the customer business and building relationships.
• Sell customer plans including CMA's and promotional plans.
• Evaluate outlet opportunities and overcome objections.
• Lead customers in reaching sales potential with merchandising ideas.
• Propose brands, packages, and equipment to satisfy customer needs.
• Execute promotions and programs leveraging national brand ideas.
• Sell-in and implement promotions for new brands and packages.
• Activate Coca Cola Southwest Beverages system to develop and implement business plans.
• Solve issues during execution and remove barriers.
• Track call activity and performance against goals.
• Conduct post-promotional analysis and adjust as needed.
• Proactively manage time and territory for optimal visits.
• Train and develop Merchandisers/ORMs.
• Build merchandising team capabilities for career growth.
• Supervise daily sales and coordinate with Field Sales teams.
• Be the main contact for ordering, deliveries, and CSTs.
• Build relationships with store managers and outlet teams.
• Visit accounts to monitor standards and back-room management.
• Manage labor and OPEX budgets.
