Job summary

The Route Sales Manager at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages will lead a team of Merchandisers/Order Replenishment Merchandisers within a Houston area territory. You will drive merchandising standards, optimize order replenishment, and execute promotional plans with customers.

You will build strong relationships with store management, develop sales opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a high school diploma required.
• 3+ years' experience in consumer products/direct store delivery sales required.
• Requires experience managing people/budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Merchandisers/ORMs to maintain merchandising standards and order replenishment in an assigned territory.
• Maximize profitable sales opportunities by understanding the customer's business and building relationships with management.
• Sell customer plans including CMA's, pricing and promotional plans; execute promotions and monitor results.
