Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking an Order Replenishment Merchandiser to support our route coverage in North OKC and surrounding areas. You will build displays, manage stock and ensure products are rotated according to merchandising standards.

This on-site role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and excellent planning. Starting pay is $18–$22 per hour with additional bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record.
• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes
• Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
