Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of client contact.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and solve customer concerns.

Responsabilités

• Safely operates a company step van to provide products and service to clients.
• Verifies daily preventative vehicle maintenance and documents accordingly.
• Manages daily route independently to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Loads/unloads product per company policies and guidelines.
• Reviews invoices daily for accuracy and makes corrections as needed.
• Meets sales goals and promotes route growth for profitability.
• Develops leads, calls on prospects, prepares service agreements, and assists in acquiring new accounts.
• Explains services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitors customer feedback and handles issues promptly and courteously.
• Adheres to safety policies and performs other duties as required.
