Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of consistent customer contact.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and solve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a company step van in designated area to provide products and service to clients.
• Verifies daily maintenance of vehicle and maintains operator documentation.
• Manages daily route independently to ensure timely delivery of product.
• Loads/unloads product per policies and guidelines.
• Reviews invoices daily for accuracy and makes corrections as needed.
• Meets sales goals and promotes route growth to enhance profitability.
• Develops leads, calls on prospective customers, prepares service agreements, and installs new accounts.
• Explains services, policies, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Monitors customer feedback and handles issues promptly and courteously.
• Prioritizes personal safety and adheres to safe work practices.
