Job summary

Vestis Corporation is seeking a Route Sales Representative to safely operate a delivery van, manage daily routes, and grow the customer base across a designated area. You will load and deliver products, review invoices, and meet sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relations.

The role requires driving a company vehicle, strong math and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of consistent customer contact.
• Strong math and basic computer skills; good verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company step van to provide products and service to clients.
• Verify vehicle maintenance and maintain driver documentation.
• Manage daily route independently to ensure accurate, timely delivery of product.
• Load/unload product per policy and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and corrections.
• Meet sales goals and promote route growth to increase profitability.
• Develop leads, solicit new business, and assist sales with new accounts.
• Explain services, policies, and pricing to customers clearly.
