Job summary

PepsiCo in West Sacramento is hiring a full-time route driver to service local stores, drive a PepsiCo truck on a rotating schedule, and ensure timely deliveries. You will unload product, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and build strong relationships with store managers to support national and local initiatives.

Must be 21+, have a valid driver's license with insurance, and be able to lift 40 lbs. On-the-job training provided; the role offers health benefits and a path for long-term career

Schedule: 5 days a week - 45 hours a week - Start time - Rotating Schedule - Holiday/weekends required, 4 Am - Until work is done

Minimum Qualifications 21 years of age or older Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

What You’ll Do Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed) Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided) Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
