Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time route delivery teammate in West Sacramento, CA. You will operate a PepsiCo truck, deliver orders to local stores, check in deliveries, unload product, stock shelves and displays, rotate inventory, and maintain records with supplied tools.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and a rotating early schedule. On-the-job training and comprehensive benefits accompany a long-term career with PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, delivering to local stores.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery as needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory for freshness and quality.
• Order product and maintain records using provided tools (training provided).
• Build relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives.

• Schedule: 5 days a week - 45 hours a week - Start time - Rotating Schedule - Holiday/weekends required, 4 Am - Until work is done

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
