Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver in Marshall, MO to join our full-time team. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver and check in orders with store teams, unload product, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness for customers.

The role requires lifting 40 lbs, a valid driver's license, and the ability to build strong relationships with store managers to help grow sales and execute national and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Schedule: Five-day workweek with two varying days off. 45+ hours per week, 2am - 6am. Workdays can vary from 8-12 hours depending on market selling through
