Job summary

PepsiCo in Minnesota is seeking a delivery driver to service local stores on a designated route, loading and unloading products and ensuring timely deliveries.

The role involves stocking shelves, rotating stock for freshness, and maintaining accurate delivery records with provided tools; training is provided.

You will build trusted relationships with store managers to secure displays and support national and local initiatives, with competitive, full-time pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Stock shelves with snacks from major brands (Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos) and keep shelves stocked.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route serving local stores.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory for freshness and quality.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute initiatives.
