Job summary

PepsiCo Fresno delivers snacks to local stores on a dedicated route. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, stock shelves, and ensure timely delivery with careful handling of products.

The role requires early starts (3am–6am), lifting up to 40 lbs, and continuous movement of merchandise. This full-time position includes on-the-job training and opportunities to grow within PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance; ability to obtain state licenses as required
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams; collect proof of delivery as needed
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays; rotate inventory for freshness
• Order product and maintain records using provided tools (training provided)
• Build relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives

• Schedule: , Early mornings. Depends on route covering. Between 3am - 6am - When work is complete. An average of 9-12 hours

Minimum Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care

• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
