PepsiCo is hiring a Delivery Driver in Salisbury, NC to operate a company truck on a daily route, service local stores, and ensure product freshness. You will deliver orders, check in with store teams, and maintain accurate records using provided tools. Training is provided as you grow with the team.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to obtain state licensures as needed. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Schedule

Work week is Sunday thru Saturday; Will be scheduled 5 days on and 2 days off, Average start time between 4a - 6a depending on route - When route is complete

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Bring beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos to your community and keep shelves stocked for the people who depend on them.

What You'll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
