Job summary

PepsiCo in Cameron, WI is seeking a route delivery driver to service local stores on a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload and stock shelves, and maintain accurate records throughout the day.

This full-time role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, a valid driver's license with proof of insurance, and availability to work 45+ hours per week on rotating schedules. On-the-job training and a competitive benefits package are provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Schedule: Working 5 days per week with 2 days off that vary. Work week will be 45+ hours/week spread over 5 days of each week. Working days will change depending on the route being covered for the week. Ex. I am covering route #ABC123 with days off TUE/WED, 2am and 6am (Average 4am) - Workdays can vary from 8-12 hours depending on market selling through
