Job summary

PepsiCo in Orlando, FL is seeking a full-time route driver to service local stores. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, deliver and verify orders, unload products, stock shelves, rotate stock, and maintain daily records with provided tools.

Training is provided, with a fast-paced, physically active day. Qualified candidates are at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance, and can repeatedly lift 40 lbs.

• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
