Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a delivery driver in Buhl, MN. Start at 5:00 am, 8–10 hour days, with variable weekly schedules and 2 days off. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload and stock shelves, and rotate inventory to keep products fresh.

You’ll build relationships with store managers, complete delivery proofs, and follow training provided. This full-time role offers competitive pay and benefits with opportunities for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
