Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time delivery driver in Salisbury, NC with a starting pay of $64,000 per year. The route involves driving a PepsiCo truck to local stores, delivering orders, and checking in deliveries with store teams. You will unload, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain daily records using provided tools.

Qualifications

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

• Schedule: Work week is Sunday thru Saturday; Will be scheduled 5 days on and 2 days off, Average start time between 4a - 6a depending on route - When route is complete

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
