Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time route driver to deliver beloved brands to local stores on a consistent schedule. You will start early (4:00 AM–6:00 AM) and work daily on a Sunday–Saturday cycle with variations by route, ensuring shelves are stocked and displays are maintained.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, inventory rotation, and maintaining delivery records using provided tools, with hands-on training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
