Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a delivery driver to service local stores from 6884 M 55, Whittemore, MI. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a fixed route and ensure accurate delivery of orders while maintaining store relationships and stock levels.

This full-time role involves early hours (4:00AM–6:30AM), lifting up to 40 lbs, and on-the-job training. Expect a fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow within PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
