Job summary

PepsiCo in Tifton, GA is seeking a route driver to start at 4AM on a variable schedule. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness for local stores.

You will build strong relationships with store managers, maintain records with provided tools, and participate in national and local initiatives as a full-time employee with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
