Job summary

PepsiCo in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking a route associate to drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver orders to local retailers, and stock shelves. You will collect proofs of delivery and ensure product freshness while building trusted relationships with store teams.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
