Job summary

PepsiCo Findlay, OH is seeking a route delivery driver to serve local stores, check in orders, collect proof of delivery, and keep shelves stocked. You will unload product, rotate inventory, and maintain records with provided tools during a fast-paced shift.

Build relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute national and local initiatives. Training is provided; expect early starts and a physical, on-the-go role with daily lift requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Must be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute initiatives.
