Job summary

PepsiCo in Covington, VA is hiring a full-time delivery driver to serve local stores on a PepsiCo route. You will drive, deliver and check in orders, unload product and stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness while building trusted relationships with store managers.

On-the-job training is provided, and the role is fast-paced and physical, involving lifting and moving product throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
