Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring for a route delivery role in Dublin, GA. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a daily route, delivering to local stores, checking in orders, and maintaining shelves and displays with careful inventory rotation.

The position includes hands-on training, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities to grow into a long-term career with PepsiCo. Applicants should be able to lift 40 lbs. and have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
