Job summary

PepsiCo in Aberdeen, NC is seeking a full-time route driver to deliver beverages to local stores. You will work on a variable schedule with two days off per week, starting around 2am, and endure 12- to 14-hour shifts.

You will drive a PepsiCo truck, unload and stock products, check deliveries, and build relationships with store teams to support displays and local initiatives. Training is provided, and benefits accompany a long-term career with PepsiCo.

• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
