Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route delivery driver in Hutchinson, KS to serve local stores with timely orders and friendly service. You’ll drive a PepsiCo truck on a defined route, check in deliveries, unload merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain accurate records with the provided tools.

This full-time role offers a five-day workweek, mostly overnight shifts starting around 2–6 am, and 45+ hours per week. On-the-job training and comprehensive benefits support long‑term growth at PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs. regularly.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
