Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring for a route delivery role in Moosic, PA, starting early with a 4:00 am shift and 5-day workweeks. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, deliver orders, unload products, stock shelves, and manage daily records using provided tools.

Building strong relationships with store managers is key to growing sales and executing local initiatives. Qualifications include being 21+, possessing a valid driver’s license and insurance, and the ability to lift 40 lbs repeatedly.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
