Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a route delivery driver in Paxinos, PA. Start time is 4:00 am, with end time when work is completed, and you will drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, delivering products to stores and building relationships with store teams.

You’ll unload, stock shelves, rotate inventory for freshness, and manage orders using provided tools. The position includes on-the-job training, a high-energy environment, and real opportunities for long-term career growth with PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
