Job summary

PepsiCo in Davenport, IA is seeking a delivery driver to join our route team. Start times are around 4–5 am; you will begin in the relief pool with days that vary as needed.

You will drive a PepsiCo truck to local stores, unload, stock shelves, rotate inventory, and collect proof of delivery while building trusted relationships with store managers to drive sales and execute initiatives. Training provided and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs repeatedly.

Minimum Qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
