Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a Route Delivery Driver to service local stores from Smock, PA. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a defined route, deliver orders, check-in with store teams, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory for quality and freshness.

You’ll use provided tools to record transactions and maintain relationships with store managers to grow sales. The role involves early hours, a physically active environment, and opportunities for growth within PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Schedule: 5 days on 2 days off, schedule varies each week, start and end time varies depending on route and day, 2:00 am - 2:00 pm
