Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time delivery driver in Marion, Ohio. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver and check in orders with store teams, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness for consumers.

You will also place orders and maintain daily records using provided tools, with training provided. Build strong relationships with store managers to grow sales and support national and local initiatives while adhering to safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Have a valid drivers license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Pay: $65,000 Annual Target
• Location: Marion, OH
• Work Days: 5 working days and 2 rotating off days weekly
• Start Time: Average daily start time of 4:00 am
• End Time: When work is complete
