Job summary

PepsiCo in Mansfield, OH is seeking a full-time Route Delivery Driver to serve local stores on a PepsiCo truck route. You will deliver and check in orders, unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness for customers.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
