Job summary

PepsiCo in Dallas, TX is seeking a full-time Route Delivery Driver to operate a PepsiCo truck on a daily route, stock shelves, and maintain product freshness for local stores. The role starts early and involves lifting, driving, and engaging with store teams to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
