Job summary

PepsiCo in Bowie, TX is seeking a route delivery driver to serve local stores with care, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness. You will build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute national and local initiatives.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to train. Work days are 5 on, 2 off with start times around 3am; opportunity for long-term growth and a supportive health and lifestyle

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
