Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time route delivery driver for Monroe, NC. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver to local stores, check in orders, and keep shelves stocked while ensuring freshness.

This role includes on-the-job training and requires lifting/moving product throughout your shift. You will build strong relationships with store managers and participate in national and local initiatives to grow sales.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
