Job summary

PepsiCo in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a route delivery driver to stock shelves, serve local stores, and support inventory freshness. Expect early hours and a physically active role delivering products from the distribution center.

You will lift up to 40 lbs, build relationships with store managers, and use provided tools to record deliveries and maintain records. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Able to frequently lift 40 lbs (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to obtain licensures as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory for freshness.
• Order product and maintain records using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales and secure displays.
