Job summary

PepsiCo in Roswell, NM is seeking a delivery driver to operate a PepsiCo truck on a local route. You will serve stores, check in orders, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate records.

You will unload products, stock displays, rotate inventory for freshness, and build relationships with store managers to grow sales and execute national initiatives. Training is provided, full-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.

Quick Look

• Work Days: Variable work schedule, 2 days off per week
• Start Time: From 12am to 6am depending on route
• End Time: When work is completed

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation
