Job summary

PepsiCo in Concord, NC is seeking a route truck driver to deliver our beloved brands to local stores. You’ll drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serve store teams, and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

The role includes unloading, stocking shelves, rotating stock for freshness, building relationships with store managers, and using provided tools to maintain records. Training is provided and a long‑term career path is encouraged.

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives

• Work Days: Work week goes from Sunday - Saturday; Work 5 days and off 2 days each week; Off days may rotate
• Start Time: avg. between 5am-7am
• End Time: Once work is complete
